How long to stay
Plan your trip around the procedure rather than the flight price. Eyelid surgery, breast surgery, liposuction and gynecomastia generally need 5 to 7 days in Turkey. Rhinoplasty needs about a week, so the splint can be removed before you fly. A tummy tuck or BBL needs 7 to 10 days, and a face lift or mommy makeover 10 to 14 days. Your surgeon confirms the exact length once your plan is set — and flying home too early is a false economy.
How to judge a clinic
The questions worth asking are unglamorous. Is the hospital accredited, and by whom? Will you be told your surgeon’s name and qualifications before you travel? Is the quote itemised, and does it say what happens if a complication needs treating? Is there a follow-up arrangement once you are home? A clinic that answers all four plainly is in a different category from one that leads with a price and a photo gallery.

Why is cosmetic surgery cheaper in Turkey?+
Lower staff, facility and overhead costs, a favourable exchange rate, and high procedure volume that spreads fixed costs. It is not because corners are cut on the operation itself — our surgery is performed in a JCI-accredited hospital by specialist plastic surgeons.
How long do I need to stay in Turkey?+
It depends on the procedure: around 5 to 7 days for eyelid surgery, breast surgery, liposuction or gynecomastia, about a week for rhinoplasty, 7 to 10 days for a tummy tuck or BBL, and 10 to 14 days for a face lift or mommy makeover.

Often yes, and many patients do — a mommy makeover is exactly that. What matters is total operating time: if combining would make the operation too long to be safe, the right answer is to stage it, and that is what your surgeon will advise.
